According to Article 385 of the Civil Code 2015: Civil contract means an agreement between parties in relation to the establishment, modification or termination of civil rights and obligations. Therefore, to limit risks and ensure benefits when entering a contract, the contracting party must draft and review the contract carefully before signing to avoid negative arising in the event of a dispute.
