We are SPL Law Firm, a local legal establishment founded in 2019, providing comprehensive legal advice and solutions to both domestic and foreign private and corporate clients with a presence or business interests in Vietnam. Our services include Legal Due Diligence, Legal Retainer, Investment Consulting, as well as Contract Drafting and Reviewing.

Currently, we have an exciting opportunity at our office located on the 3rd Floor, 187 Dien Bien Phu, Da Kao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, and we are seeking qualified candidates to join our team.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Completed Lawyer Professional Training Course
• Obtained lawyer practicing license is preferred.

Experience

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in law firms with proficiency in handling Corporate, Contract, Licensing, and Labor matters.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Strong research capabilities.
• Team-oriented with honesty and dedication to hard work.

Working Time: From Monday to Friday

• 8:00 a.m – 12:00 p.m
• 13:00 p.m – 17:00 p.m
